Construction Quality

Quality you can
audit at every stage

Designed and built to one consistent standard by one team

Every structural stage of an ARKIRA project runs under a quality control system referenced to professional standards, with hold points an engineer must sign off before work continues — so quality does not rest on the site crew alone, but is inspected and recorded at every point

01 — Reference standards

Professional standards, not habit

Every value we check is measured against a traceable standard

EIT
Concrete and structural work standards, from the Engineering Institute of Thailand
TIS
Cement (TIS 15) · SR-24 round bar (TIS 24-2543) · SD-40 deformed bar (TIS 24-2548)
ASTM
Material test methods — concrete compressive strength, soil density, pile testing
02 — Hold points

No concrete is poured until an engineer signs

Critical work such as footings, pile caps and ground beams carries a Hold Point that the structural engineer must inspect and sign off every time, plus Witness Points at the stages that have to be observed — nothing is ever poured over work that has not passed inspection, and every inspection is recorded as evidence

03 — Four-party inspection and sign-off

Every inspection point has a named owner

Site supervisor · Contractor
Inspects the work on site and certifies each stage
Site supervisor · Owner
The project owner's representative joins the inspection
Structural engineer
Certifies that the structure is correct before work continues
Architect
Ensures the work follows the drawings and meets architectural quality
04 — Details we never skip

The small things that decide how long a building lasts

Concrete cover
Cover to the reinforcement is controlled by location (footings · ground-contact beams · general work) to protect the steel from corrosion and moisture
Seismic detailing
135° seismic hooks on the stirrups at pile caps and beams, following seismic design principles
Rebar lap length
Lap lengths set by steel grade, so forces transfer without interruption
Material testing
Slump · 28-day concrete compressive strength · fill density · pile driving criteria (last 10 blow set) · core tests where required
